In the event of an accident
1. Notify Us
Submit your claim by email with a completed, signed, and dated claim form.
2. Dedicated Support
A claims handler will be assigned to guide you and assist you throughout the process.
3. Submit Supporting Documents
Depending on the type of claim, please provide the relevant documents below. Additional information may be requested where necessary.
Required Documents by Claim Type
Hole-in-One
- Hole-in-one certificate
- Receipt or invoice for drinks
Public Liability
- Photos, CCTV footage, or videos of the incident and/or damage
- Claim communication from the third party
- Repair or replacement quotation, along with any supporting documents
Damage to Golf Clubs
- Technical report detailing the damage
- Repair or replacement quotation
4. Claim Assessment & Outcome
Once all required documents have been received and reviewed, we will communicate our decision, including a settlement offer or claim outcome, as soon as possible.
In the event of theft
1. Contact the police
Contact the nearest police station as soon as possible to file an official report. Be sure to get the OB number reference, it will be needed for your claim.
